02How we use it

• —To take payment, pack and ship your order, and email you about it: confirmation, shipping updates, cancellations and refunds.
• —To handle returns and refunds, and to answer your messages.
• —To run your account: verifying your email with a one-time code, resetting your password, and keeping you signed in.
• —To check coupon eligibility, for example first-order or one-per-customer codes.
• —To email you about new drops, only if you have turned that on.
• —To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

03Emails

Order, account and return emails are part of the service, so they cannot be switched off while you have an open order or an account. New-drop emails are off by default. You can turn them on or off at any time under Account → Preferences, and the change takes effect straight away.

04Cookies and browser storage

• —Essential: cookies that keep you signed in and keep your account secure. The site cannot work without them.
• —Browser storage: your bag, checkout progress and recent searches are saved in your browser so they are there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• —Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to understand traffic and site speed. It does not identify you personally.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

05Who else sees it

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• —Razorpay processes payments and refunds. It handles your payment details directly.
• —Resend delivers our emails, so it receives your email address and the content of each email.
• —Vercel hosts the website and provides the anonymous analytics described above.
• —Our courier partners receive your name, phone number and delivery address so they can deliver your order and collect returns.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We would share data with authorities only when Indian law or a valid legal order requires it.

06How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.

07Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can update your email, password, addresses and preferences yourself under Account. Account deletion is not self-serve yet, so email anarchistindia01@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will act within thirty days. If the law requires us to keep an order record after you ask for deletion, we keep only that record and delete everything else.

08Security

Everything you send us is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored securely and never in plain text, and only the people who handle orders can see your details. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what to do next.

09Children

The site is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.

10Changes and contact

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we also email account holders.
